The CNIB Lake Joseph Centre is an important and special partner to the Lake Joseph Yacht Club.  Not only is our club located adjacent to the Lake Joseph Centre property, but many of our senior sailors also volunteer their time to help out at the camp during peak enrollment weeks or for special events.

In 2006, the LJYC launched a special Learn to Sail program for the guests of the CNIB Lake Joseph Centre.  This program has modified the CYA White Sail program to adapt to sailors with a variety of special needs.  We are very pleased and proud of our ongoing partnership with the CNIB Lake Joseph Centre and the rich opportunities it provides for both our members and staff, and are proud to be continuing this program for Summer 2020.
